About Cards Against Humanity

This is a bot that allows you to play Cards Against Humanity with your fellow server members! The deck used is from the classic cards against humanity game. Now fully integrated with Discord's interactions feature (buttons and slash commands), the Discord Cards Against Humanity experience is more seamless than ever with this bot.

Quick Start
Here's a quick guide on how to get started with this bot.

1. Create a new game: A new game can be created using the /new command. We recommend you create a separate channel in your server for Cards Against Humanity, as the bot will send many messages in the channel throughout the game.

2. Ask players to join the game: Tell your friends to join the game by navigating to the channel in which the game was created and either clicking the 'Join' button or using the /join command.

3. Ready up! In order for the game to begin, everyone must declare that they are ready to begin. Tell your players to click the 'Ready to Begin' button or to use the /begin command.

4. Players submit cards: Once the round begins, the bot will direct message each player with the cards they have in their deck. Each player (except for the judge) must then submit the cards that match the prompt card for that round. Either click the number button corresponding to the card you'd like to submit, or use /submit followed by the number of the card. Once all players have submitted a card, or once the time for the round has run out, the game will move on to the judging stage.

5. Judge selects winner: During the judging stage, the judge will see all of the player submissions for the round. The judge will not know who submitted each submission. The judge must determine which submission is best using the /submit command followed by the number of the submisssion.

6. Rinse and repeat: Once the judge chooses the winning submission, the winner will be displayed. A new round will begin shortly, and the judge for the new round will be the winner of the last round.

Ending The Game
If you'd no longer like to play, you can leave the game using the /leave command. If there are not enough players to continue the game, the game will automatically end.

Alternatively, a moderator of the server can forcefully end the game using the /end command.
