-Display your 1RM for the big three (bench/squat/deadlift) directly on your Discord profile

-Display your fitness assessment results directly on your Discord profile

-Display your total workouts logged on your Discord profile

-Assign a role to server members if they meet the fitness requirements designated by the server owner (1RM for bench/squat/deadlift above a certain amount, number of workouts logged, fitness assessment results, etc)

Track your workouts to see progress faster and share it with your discord friends along the way! Both the mobile app and discord app are free to use! You can find workout plans, demonstrations of exercises, build your own plans/custom exercises, view advanced analytics from your workouts and more.
