leg featureset [Feature] [true/false] - Toggles a feature for the entire server.
leg channelconfig [Feature] [true/false/inherit] - Toggle a feature for the current channel only, or make the feature's setting inherit from the server.
leg userconfig [Feature] [true/false] - Toggle a feature for yourself only.
